Bug ID: 499494 Summary: When a search is performed with two screens one above the other, kdevelop invades the other screen. Classification: Applications Product: kdevelop Version: 6.1.241200 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: UI: general Assignee: kdevelop-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: jtam...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY In a system with two screens, one placed above the other, and kdevelop shown maximized in the upper screen. When a search is performed, or a click in where this is used is performed, kdevelop changes its size and the lower part invades the lower screen. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Kdevelop maximized in the upper screen. 2. Ctrl+F to search for anything. When then search starts again from the beginning, the minimum vertical size changes and invades the lower screen. 3. The only way to restore its original size is not maximize (if I move the window, it invades the lower screen again) and then maximize. OBSERVED RESULT The minimum vertical size is wrongly calculated and invades the lower screen. EXPECTED RESULT It behaves like it is run with only one screen.
