[kdenlive] [Bug 498723] The dialogue for adding a file to the project only shows drive C; other drives D: and E: are not accessible.

Thank you for the details.

“Open Project” will open the Windows explorer, there you see all drives. 
Add a clip will open the Kdenlive window where the KDE-framework is on the
background. It seems that KDE-framework has an issue to see all drives.

Do you have on your laptop the language set to Cyrillic as well?
