SUMMARY
Can't close a KCM oepened from Kickoff with Ctrl + W or Ctrl + Q which is
generally used as a standard shortcut around KDE to close a Window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Energy KCM from Kickoff
2. Use Ctrl + W and then Ctrl + Q

Nothing
