Hi Craig, I was able to test this, and yes, face distortion filters have a significant impact on face recogntion to the point where most distorted faces are not recognized as the same person. It seems that some distorted faces are modified in a similar way so that the face recognition engine (face classifier) starts to see the distorted faces of different people as the same person.
