I have experienced this kind of behavior in Display Configuration in similar
circumstances.
With multiple external monitors and a laptop, after the displays went to sleep,
sometimes the external monitors weren't lit up
Display Configuration showed them as active. Trying to disable and re-enable
them, I'd notice behavior like you describe and is shown in the screen
recording
I have not noticed this happening on 6.2.5 or git-master much. I saw related
issues yesterday in 6.2.5 switching to X11 and back to Wayland, but I can't
reproduce in git-master.
Can you let us know if you have experienced this bug recently?
