No, in my case is intel iGPU and nvidia dGPU

Both monitors are connected to a dock and to the pc via USB-C to my laptop, and
goes to dGPU (nvidia)

Nop, issue can happen from a clean boot where external monitor was connected
from boot (since I am using dock I am not sure what happens behind).
