This seems to be a duplicate of Bug 476194: The "asymmetric" mode in
synchronizer does not overwrites files from right to left if "ignore date" is
activated. This has been fixed with
https://invent.kde.org/utilities/krusader/-/merge_requests/138 which is
deployed with version 2.9.0
One solution is to uncheck "ignore date" - but note that a left file is still
not overwritten if it is newer than the right file.
The other solution is to use Krusader 2.9.0.
There seems to be a package for Ubuntu 25.0.4 ->
