I found a similar bug affecting quick clipboard sync tile, see

It switched its text to Ukrainian.
It seems the app somehow determined an appropriate language to use in my
location
While I appreciate internationalization efforts, I prefer my UIs in English
Android 15, KDE Connect 1.32.11
The issue seems to be related to the latest update, but I did not bisect yet.
