SUMMARY
"toggle present windows" actions/shortcuts stop working when a fullscreen
window has mouse focus.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any fullscreen application/game and focus (click) the window
2. Press ctrl+f9/ctrl+f8/ctrl+f7.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. The application is still fullscreen and focused.
EXPECTED RESULT
toggle present windows triggers, allowing me to select a different window.
