I can confirm that I'm experiencing this bug. I have a dual-monitor setup with
an ASUS VG27A (1440p 165hz) display and an FMC 1080p60 display, where the
former has adaptive sync and the latter does not. When adaptive sync is
"automatic" on the ASUS display, taking a screenshot as specified in the report
will black out the ASUS display, while allowing a region to be selected as
usual on the FMC display.

I might also note that when adaptive sync is set to "Always" on the ASUS
display, it ceases to work entirely until the settings auto-revert - this may
be a related issue.
