I've played with desktop file, `env` and KIO source code for an hour, trying to
figure it out. And finally gave it up.
I'm temporarily using `Terminal=true` in the desktop file as a workaround. (Or
alternatively use `Exec=konsole -e kodaskanna`, while `bash -c` does not work.)
