I am having the same issue `KWin Screencasting is not available.` error.
It used to work a few days ago, differenes are
1) Updated nvidia driver to 565
2) Installed `apt install ffmpeg libavcodec-extra libavcodec-extra60
libavdevice60 libavfilter-extra libavfilter-extra9 `
After that I can't record video.
Pipewire is 1.2 and Chrome, Firefox, OBS can record with pipewire, as well as
vokoscreenrecorder.
I am out of ideas, anyone?
