Thanks! Interesting - so I can't reproduce this on either desktop with NVIDIA
graphics that I have running, but I *can* reproduce it on my KDE Neon VM.
This looks like an exact reoccurrence of
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=477885 , as it's not just the header
palette but also things like the cursor in Konsole not reflecting an active
state.
What graphics setup (card, drivers, etc.) do you have on the system where this
occurs? I'm asking as my Neon VM has no graphics acceleration at all, and
that's the first thing that comes to mind that is potentially different and
might have something to do with this?
