Keep the KDE Panel in the default position (bottom of the screen) 2. Disable floating within the Panel Configuration 3. Set the panel height to 42, or 44 within the Panel Configuration OBSERVED RESULT A few pixels from the wallpaper will be viewable beneath the panel. EXPECTED RESULT Only the panel itself should be viewable.
