The widget overflows outside the desktop.
SUMMARY
Stealing focus while dragging widget out of the screen, places widget out of
the desktop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hold down a widget, drag it to the edge of a screen.
2. Steal focus while holding down the mouse button. (I used spectacle shortcut
for rectangular screenshot).
3. The widget disappears, or is partially outside the desktop. It is now placed
out of the screen.
4. Now use the edit mode to bring it back, you will be able to see it out of
the screen.
