Maximized System Tray Settings window

SUMMARY
Hard to follow which visibility values belong to which entry in system tray
settings (when the window is maximized)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot KDE Neon or your Linux distro with Plasma.
2. Open the System Tray settings window.
3. Maximize the window.

OBSERVED RESULT
When the System Tray Settings window is maximized, it's hard to follow which
visibility value belongs to which entry as the distance between them is too big
and there's no visual cue.

EXPECTED RESULT
Show some zebra pattern rows like Dolphin does so it's easier to match entries
with the visibility values (drop-downs).
Or, if that's hard to do, display them in a table, like the table here on new
bug report at the bottom (with bug reports suggestions) that has lines between
the entries.
Or some dotted lines between them.
In theory I could make the window smaller again so they are close to one
another, but I always prefer maximized windows to have all options visible, not
have to scroll vertically or horizontally and be able to quickly close the
windows by going to the top-right corner and click.
Also making the window smaller again waste some of my time and then waster even
more with the harder way to close the window.
So I expect a bit of better design, like Dolphin has, which never gave me this
kind of problem while working with it maximized.
I tested it on a 2K screen and I assume that on a 4K or larger screen this is
even harder to follow.
