Currently, konsole offers /tmp and ~/.cache/konsole as possibilities for the
scrollback file location. It would seem that the normal place to put these is
$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR instead (i.e. /run/user/$UID), which is semantically correct,
allows per-user segregation, and is usually mounted as tmpfs.
