Bug ID: 498670 Summary: Session logs out upon sleep Classification: KDE Neon Product: neon Version: unspecified Platform: Neon OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: neon-b...@kde.org Reporter: jos...@joshuakugler.com CC: carlosd....@gmail.com, j...@jriddell.org, neon-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Session dies upon sleep STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Log in 2. Sleep laptop 3. Resume laptop OBSERVED RESULT I am back at the login screen. When I log back in and start Chrome, it tells me it was not shut down cleanly, and offers to restore my sessions/tabs, which seems to indicate something is dying hard, and it's not a proper logout. EXPECTED RESULT Resume back to the unlock screen. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0 Qt Version: 6.8.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Kernel: 6.9.3-76060903-generic (64-bit) Graphics: X11 GPU: Mesa IntelĀ® Graphics The system is being put to sleep via `sudo /bin/systemctl suspend` (a shell script that puts the laptop to sleep after doing a backup). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
