I determined it with opening an opengl application with mangohud and observing
the fps, moving the mouse cursor around showed even spacing which made it clear
it was a denominator of 144, 48 in this case
the output of kscreen-doctor -o is
```
        enabled
        connected
        priority 1
        Panel
        Modes:  1:1920x1080@144!  2:1920x1080@120  3:1680x1050@144
4:1280x1024@144  5:1440x900@144  6:1280x800@144  7:1280x720@144  8:1024x768@144
 9:800x600@144  10:640x480@144  11:1280x1024@60  12:1024x768@60  13:1280x800@60
 14:1920x1080@60*  15:1600x900@60  16:1368x768@60  17:1280x720@60
        Geometry: 0,0 1920x1080
        Scale: 1
        Rotation: 1
        Overscan: 0
        Vrr: incapable
        RgbRange: unknown
        HDR: incapable
        Wide Color Gamut: incapable
        ICC profile: none
        Color profile source: sRGB
        Brightness control: supported, set to 0%
```
and the output of drm_info will be provided in a text file in attachments

weird thing is that hyprland and KDE X11 work properly and currently i am using
an edid hack to implement 120hz and that works out fine but the 60hz option is
still broken in KDE wayland, maybe kde is trying to implement its own 60hz
(which overrides the edid too) and fails at that
