Mmh. Difficult. Maybe something with the access rights to some folders.

- What was the last Kdenlive version where it worked?
- It only happen after you have changed your C:-drive from a HDD to a SSD?

Make sure you run Kdenlive as administrator and your user account has
administrator rights.

You should reach all these folders:
https://docs.kdenlive.org/en/getting_started/installation.html#kdenlive-in-a-windows-domain
Use Windows-key + r and copy the folders to check if you have access.
