Bug ID: 498596 Summary: Cannot send any file from KDEconnect (Windows 10 laptop) to iPad Pro (4th Gen., OS 18.1.1) Classification: Applications Product: kdeconnect Version: unspecified Platform: Microsoft Windows OS: Microsoft Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: windows-application Assignee: piyushaggarwal...@gmail.com Reporter: dstef...@web.de Target Milestone: --- *** If you're not sure this is actually a bug, instead post about it at https://discuss.kde.org If you're reporting a crash, attach a backtrace with debug symbols; see https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports Please remove this comment after reading and before submitting - thanks! *** SUMMARY I cannot send any file from my KDEconnect on my Windows 10 laptop to my iPad Pro (4th Gen., OS 18.1.1). The other way around it works fine. I can also send a Ping from KDEconnect on my Windows 10 laptop to my iPad Pro and vice versa. When I want to send a file from my Windows 10 laptop to the iPad Pro, the file selector box opens in KDEconnect and I can select a file and click on open. The file selector box then closes and absolutely nothing happens. Nothing is received by my iPad Pro or stored in the its KDE connect default directory. Btw., wonder how to change that default directory on the iPad? Thanks for any hints on how to solve this issue in advance. Kind regards, Dan STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 2. 3.
