I just realized that, even though Nate asked me to reopen this bug, it would
partially circumvent the decision to not implement Inline Creation, because the
features of renaming would have to match the "Create New File/Folder" window.
So in order for this bug to make sense now; renaming files/folder must always
open the "Create New File/Folder" window.
It would also be consistent, since anything that involves names of files/folder
would now open that window.
