If you are searching from root, you won't be querying a Baloo index, you'll be
using Dolphin's internal search. The "System Settings > File Search" won't make
a difference as they relate to the Baloo indexing.
I seem to remember a bug that Dolphin's search did not explore down hidden
folders, I'll see if I can find it.
