I can confirm that with plasma 5.8.4, breeze icons, and the option in #2 on
nothing happens when right clicking on the desktop icons (widgets do show
handles
when right clicked bu not other icons, Home, Trash etc.).
Also, when you go the desktop configuration and choose icons the slider bar
for icon resizing only moves from one notch to the next and not continously.
