It looks like this bug has been fixed. I just tested with a fresh install of
OpenSuse Slowroll.
1. Install Krusader
2. Search the Kickoff app menu
I see both entries for Krusader.
If you still see this problem with an up to date system, feel free to change
this report to "REOPENED"
Note: Krusader is a repo package in OpenSuse Slowroll
On other distributions (such as Solus and Neon), there is only one entry for
Krusader, they don't have "root-mode". This is a packaging choice OpenSuse has
made
