STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. No idea, updating ubuntu and 'The KDE Crash Handler closed
unexpectedly...Please manually report this error.' Reporting as requested.
I'm not gonna make the determination on bug/not-bug. You decide what you want
to do. I'm simply following directions.

Black screen. Apps still function, as does mouse and keyboard. Ubuntu upgrade
completed as expected.
