Hovered over each file. Infotip stays visible with either mp4 or webm. - Navigated to the folder in Konsole and opened Dolphin from there. No problems. - Created a link to the folder on the desktop and opened that. No problems. - Created a folder on the desktop with just the webm file and opened that.
