SUMMARY
Microphone indicator incorrectly states that it is using the microphone input
instead when there is instead a monitor on audio output.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use gpu-screen-recorder as described in this bug report
(https://github.com/dec05eba/gpu-screen-recorder-issues/issues/84) or another
tool to record the default audio output.
2. Mouseover the microphone indicator and observe the text in the pop-up.

OBSERVED RESULT
The mouseover text will say something like
`gsr-bluez_output.40_72_18_7B_AF_8E.1 monitor is using the microphone`.

EXPECTED RESULT
The microphone indicator shouldn't be active unless the actual microphone is
being monitored. Instead a different indicator should indicate that audio
output is being monitored.
