Thank you for the fast response. I'm not an expert with video terminology, but I believe that we're talking about two different things. I was referring to chroma subsampling (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chroma_subsampling) while 8-bit and 10-bit refer to color depth (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_depth).
