Similar behaviour here: two or more click especially when switch to another
desktop and try to maximize window (sometime after clicking show.hide desktop)
it require two or more clicks.
Fresh update: gentoo,
kde-plasma/plasma-workspace 5.8.3-r4, kde-apps/kdebase-meta 16.04.3,
kde-plasma/kdeplasma-addons 5.8.3
After latest update it works ok - windows raised by one click, but after some
days two clicks requires again. Please check.
