SUMMARY
When starting a brand-new SMS conversation to a number like 07123123123, the
initial zero is dropped, making the SMS fail to send.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE Connect SMS
2. In the "Search or start new conversation" box, type a number like
07123123123 (a valid number in the UK) that doesn't match an existing
conversation
3. Click the + icon

OBSERVED RESULT
The number changes to 7123123123 (not a valid number in the UK).

EXPECTED RESULT
The number stays as 07123123123.
