If you are on Windows, make sure that you run Kdenlive with administrator
rights otherwise it will crash. Does the user account you run Kdenlive on have
administrator rights?
We don’t know why but running Kdenlive without administrator rights the program
cannot access some folders and files.
Find Kdenlive in the Start Menu, right-click and select 'Run as administrator'
within the More section.
