            Bug ID: 498130
Summary: Wireless mouse not working in session, detected and
                    working by libinput.
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 6.2.4
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: csantacru...@outlook.com
                CC: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
I got one no-brand chinese trackball with one of those generic wireless
dongles, it worked flawlessly for some weeks until it stopped responding a
couple days ago. As the title says, libinput detects it and running '# libinput
debug-gui' shows every motion and detects every input correctly. the debug-gui
runs under xwayland so it looks like a wayland problem.
It also works on SDDM.
I didn't modify anything on the System Settings mouse page before/after it
began malfunctioning, looking for info on wireless mice not working on wayland
only found to unplug and plug back which of course doesnt work.
The mouse also has a bluetooth mode which is working correctly but is not an
option for me since I usually have some other hardware connected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in wireless dongle

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse input doesnt work.

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse input in session should work as it does on libinput's test tool.
