If you accidentally removed your Downloads folder, create a new one.
You can do this using Konsole by the following command: mkdir ~/Downloads
Or using the File Manager by navigating to your home/"your user name"
On the steam deck I believe that should be /home/deck
right click -> create new -> Folder
Please note the Linux file system is case sensitive.
