Recently, I checked Dolphin's (I didn't remember / know each application could have a separate shortcut list separated from System Settings. I thought all of them would be visible there). Unchecking one of the shortcuts solved the problem! But it was strange all of the sudden this begun happening. I didn't add or change any shortcut recently.
