I watched your YT video and I must say it’s really difficult to say what
happens here. You have a 4K UHD 2160p 30fps project (and video I guess).
What you can try to nail it down:
- Remove the audio fade-in/out effect to check if this has an influence
- What audio do you have on Track A1?
- Switch on/off audio track A2 to check if this has an influence
- Try with version 24.12.0 https://kdenlive.org/en/download/
