Thank you for reporting. I cannot reproduce the issue on 24.12.0 on Windows. 

I added a “Lift/Gamma/Gain” and a “Transform” effect to the color clip. Closing
“Lift/Gamma/Gain”. Cut the color clip in half. On both half the
“Lift/Gamma/Gain” is closed and the “Transform” effect is open.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 24.12.0 to see if there
are any packaging issues https://kdenlive.org/en/download/
