Daniel Roschka <danielrosc...@phoenitydawn.de> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |danielroschka@phoenitydawn. | |de --- Comment #5 from Daniel Roschka <danielrosc...@phoenitydawn.de> --- I am facing this problem as well. In my opinion this bug is a grave bug, breaking core functionality of Akregagtor. I therefore believe it should get a higher importance. The new theme with its max-width of 35rem only works for a _very_ limited subset of use cases and wastes tons of display space. Regular use cases of Akregator, which don't work properly now anymore are: - feeds with long article content, resulting in the need for a comical amount of scrolling - feeds showing diffs, as the reporter already mentioned - feeds with pictures, as the pictures are now being shown in very small size - feeds with code blocks, where lines of code are now being wrapped across multiple lines In addition to the max-width problem article header and article content aren't as clearly distinguishable anymore as before and the article header takes up significantly more vertical space as before (leading to even more scrolling). Aside from the missing ability to modify the theme anymore, I believe the current theme shouldn't be the default theme given its downsides compared to the previous theme. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
