SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use a laptop, disconnected from power
2. wait for the battery to discharge to below 5% or whatever the threshold is
3. => screen brightness gets reduced automatically
4. connect to power

OBSERVED RESULT
The screen brightness doesn't go back to its original value.
I have no idea whether other power-saving features got activated when the
battery went below the threshold and were not deactivated when I connected to
power.

EXPECTED RESULT
When you connect to power, whatever power saving actions were taken when the
battery level went below the threshold, should be reverted. Including screen
brightness.
