Hello,
If Falkon was installe dthrough distribution package manager it should be
removed properly, the same applies for snap or flatpak version.
If Falkon is still present on the system than I believe it was either installed
from source code or from other package manager which was not checked, or system
installed it on its own (as a dependency for something).
I am closing this since it is a fault in distribution chain.
