I experience this on every window that utilizes the top-left applicationicon as
a menu. After it displays cut off once anywhere it will display normally
everywhere. The only journalctl message I receive is "This plugin does not
support grabbing the keyboard", which always only occurs when opening the
application menu or when hovering over and activating one of the submenu drop
downs like "Move to Screen" or "More options". It has persisted settings
wipes, reinstalls, and all upgrades for the past few months.
