SUMMARY
A Wireguard VPN entry will not indicate it's connection correctly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a functioning Wireguard entry.
2. Try to connect to it if you don't have an internet connection e.g. over LAN
or Wifi.
OBSERVED RESULT
Your "connected" in every case even if you don't have any physical connection
active.
EXPECTED RESULT
Something like "connection not possible" or "not connected because of ..."
