When report with splits with expense categories are deselected and grouped by
category they do not show as it should be, but
when grouped by month or week they do show
Also shows when grouped by Account
I only want to show gross earnings for paycheck before deductions
grouped by month,week, or by account
when grouped by category, expenses are excluded as they have been
deselected
