SUMMARY
When trying to edit multiple instances of rotoscoping effect at once, shapes
apply only to the main clip, not all selected.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure "Apply effect change to all clips in the group is activated"
1.  Add two or more clips to the timeline
2. Select all clips 
3. Add rotoscoping effect to the clips
4. Change some random parameters like "feather" and create a shape.

OBSERVED RESULT

While other parameters, like feather, are applied to all selected clips. The
shape created is only applied to the first clip.
