The print dialog comes from Qt, so this will unfortunately be a Qt issue. Feel
free to report it at https://bugreports.qt.io.
I can *sort of* reproduce the issue, FWIW. It takes maybe 1.5 seconds to come
up for me, with one locally connected printer. Not 5 seconds, but it's
definitely not instant, either.
