I can reproduce this bug both in KDevelop and in Kate (only the Alt+F part,
because other shortcuts are absent from Kate). I suspect the bug is not even in
KTextEditor but even higher upstream (KXmlGui or even QWidgets). If you figure
out the more precise source of the regression, please change this bug's Product
field or file a new QTBUG.
