I also experience something like this, though for me it's the left most and top
most screen (My monitors are arranged like a tetris Z piece), I'm working
around it by using xwayland/xcb by setting QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb in the krdc
application shortcut (right click on the K menu, not sure what else to call it)
and edit application. Not a real fix for it but on xwayland it'll fullscreen
on whatever monitor the original application was on for me, which is the
behavior i'd expect.
