You're looking at the SDDM login screen, not the splash screen. When you see
this old-style SDDM screen, it means that SDDM had to fall back to its built-in
theme. The fact that you also see no sessions suggests that something is very
wrong with your system. Likely a bunch of files got deleted. This would be bad…
but not a bug in our code.
