I would like to use my A770 Intel GPU card for media processing and AI tasks
within Digikam. OpenCL hardware detection finds iGPU on my Intel 8700 i7 CPU
but my system also had an A770 

"Help->Components Information->OpenCV Configuration" is pasted below. 

OpenCL Device" data sees the iGPU (UHD Graphics 630) but not the A770.
OpenCL platform->Intel OpenCL Graphics sees the A770. 
Task Manager shows iGPU activity but no usage on A770. I can use A770 with
other apps though.
