Demonstration of how it goes off screen
SUMMARY
Language options go off-screen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to "Configure language" in Dolphin
2. Open any drop down menu that provides list of languages
OBSERVED RESULT
Top part doesn't cut and shows ^ as it should and goes off screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Top part should cut where a panel is and show ^ instead of going off screen
